Former Law Enforcement Network The Former Law Enforcement Network (FLEN) is a nationwide community of former county law enforcement officials made up of sheriffs, under sheriffs and other high-ranking law enforcement personnel. The purpose of this organization is to utilize the vast amount of experience and relationships gained by each member of FLEN in order to assist private companies who wish to introduce their products or services to sheriffs departments across the United States.
